Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in June 2024 was 52.30 percent, an increase of 1.17 points compared to the previous month's TPK which was recorded at 51.13 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK of non-star hotels for July 2024 was recorded at 19.24 percent or down 0.70 points compared to June 2024.
The highest TPK of star hotels in July 2024 occurred in 5-star hotels, namely 74.93 percent and the lowest in 1-star hotels, namely 41.94 percent.
The average length of stay (RLM) of guests in star hotels is higher than the length of stay of guests in non-star hotels. The average length of stay of guests in star hotels is around 1.34 days while the average length of stay of guests in non-star hotels is around 1.09 days.
The average length of stay of foreign guests is higher than the length of stay of Indonesian guests in both star and non-star hotels.
